We see ‘Love the way we bitch’ posts regarding Metro Transit a fair bit sometimes and I would like to politely say enough already!

I’ve had my moments when I’ve been frustrated, more often than not, it’s a smooth transit. My number one complaint about being a MT passenger when I have one, usually is in regard to another passengers rude manner.

People forget how polite, nice and personable our bus drivers are! We really do have some of the nicest drivers out there and maybe we should all try to remember that every now and then. Sometimes a thank you wouldn’t hurt as well. —Grateful Passenger.

  1. i’ll second this even though I don’t take the bus to work. anytime I have taken the bus here the driver has been much nicer than drivers in any other city I’ve been in. bus has been a helluva lot cleaner, too.

as far as other passengers, I haven’t been on a bus here at rush times, but people are people and there are rude people everywhere.

  2. Hatred is like poison to the body and mind. With habitual haters, they have become hooked on the omnipotent rush that comes with the hatred .. a feeling of empowerment.

  3. That’s certainly not what people were saying nearly a year ago when they decided to leave everyone high and dry…
