What the fuck possesses someone to take their dog to a conference on a hot sunny day and leave him/her to COOK in a car with the windows rolled up all the way. I cannot express the disgust I have for all you stupid fucks out there that do this, and there have been 139 cases reported to police in HRM since July first. That’s upwards of 5 per day for the entire month so far. These are people who are so self absorbed that they can’t take their beloved pet home before they go to the fucking mall/restaurant/bar/gym. Fucking pathetic!!!!

My car’s AC is busted. After 8 hours in the hot sun, it is like an oven. Within five minutes, my head starts to hurt. And that’s with the windows open. One very bad day i was on the highway (and HATE the windows open at high speeds) and about fifteen minutes after closing the windows, I had to pull over and throw up. I was confused, disoriented and couldn’t see straight. I took the next exit and spent the afternoon cooling off at a Tim Hortons.
Fifteen minutes.

Sobey’s have started to place a sticker in their entrance doors reminding people about the dangers of leaving animals in parked cars in extreme heat, too bad other places wouldn’t follow suit.
I fully realise that this didn’t happen at a Sobey’s, and the person who left the dog was probably too fucking stupid to figure it out for themselves.
