Some level of government encased the Pier 21 sign in plastic for 3 months , removed the letters , re-installed them after adding wiring for night lighting all at an estimated cost to taxpayers of $100,000. Then re-installed the circular red/white sign with the maple leaf and words Halifax and Canada at a 45 degree angle! How fucking dumb do you have to be not to put this sign up straight? —Sign
