Delivery drivers and small business owners need these spaces for LOADING and UNLOADING (hence the name “Loading Zone”). Take a photo, time code it if its a feature, or put a time reference in the photo.
Later take another, & another …make sure that the cop cars identifying features are clearly visible.
Then make a legitimate complaint , with proof of infraction…
The other way is to call for a supervisor to report lunching cops illegally parked.
