But our health care system cooperated to get him back on the street pretty quickly.
These cowardly fucks should be dragged right out of the fucking hospital and told to go find a pharmacy, maybe they’ll sell him band aids and paper towels. Don’t cooperate? Here’s a bill. Fuck off you pathetic excuse for a human. That could have been a kid walking behind you watching your asshole fuckface buddies do the Chris Tucker-style shootout. —Time To Take Out The Trash

  1. Just lean on the wound when you’re questioning him…
    he’ll talk.

Guns are fakking loud too… I didn’t realize such a small casing could produce that loud a burst of sound.
(fired my first gun[s] a few days go at a range)

  2. Strange is a good word for it. I definitely want to go back, that’s for sure.
I was shooting zombie targets though… so it was good to get a little practice in before I really need it.
Shotguns are a hell of a lot tougher than they make it look in the movies.
Even got a Desert Eagle shot in there.
    Fucking incredible.

  3. Whatever.. easy to judge when you’re not the one that’s been shot. You have no idea of the circumstances surrounding the incident, and it’s none of your business.

  4. What pisses me off is that emergency locksdown whenever some low-life gets swiss-cheesed – my buddy took her sister to the ER twice and both times there was a lockdown because some tight-mouthed twatard done got shot up – the place was flooded by cops. Lovely while you’re going into heart failure.

  5. i say that if you don’t wanna help the cops get these other pieces of shit off the streets, then they should get no free medical aid. if they want it, they can use some of their fucking crack money. i hate paying for lazy, non productive members of this fucking city.

  6. hey zzz, you ain’t lived til you fire a drum of .45 ammo out of a thompson sub machine gun. that the balls of guns. even my ,44 magnum is shit compared to the steady chop chop of the old thompsons. glad to see you aren’t a fucking wuss like most of them here. you will be one of the survivors come zombie day. hang in there brother.

  7. I live in Toronto and, as you probably all know, there have been numerous gang related shootings this summer where innocent people have been caught in the crossfire. These gangs seem to be becoming more and more ruthless, so if I were a neighbor to any of them (which I’m thankfully not), unable to afford to move elsewhere and concerned for my family’s safety, I would think very, very hard before opening my mouth to the police after any incident involving these remorseless, terrifying thugs who will stop at nothing to silence their enemies.

  8. I am getting tired of people writing/ranting about our ‘free medical care’ It isn’t free, has never been free & never will be.
It is paid for by you & I through our generous outlay of taxes. Not just taxes for income, but the Horse Shit Tax, the quadruple taxes on Fuel, Federal tax, provincial tax, ‘road tax & of course the HST , taxing everything including the aforementioned taxes.
So instead of looking at it as free medical, look at a portion of yer taxes paid (& IMO a much smaller portion than what is wasted, making debt interest payment & keeping the trough full to overflowing) into a medical fund, a medical fund waiting to offset the expenses you incur should you get injured or sick.
    OK
Now FUCK OFF with the free health care comments we all PAY FOR IT ! …thanks.

  9. This isn’t the Untouchables there Lucy, and 3/4’s of the police force isn’t on the “terrifying thugs” payroll. You can submit anonymous tips via email to Crime Stoppers, you can anonymously leave a tip via phone or text as well. Its people with your mentality that make the sitution worse. If you had information about a shooting and kept it to yourself, how would you feel if an innocent child was shot and killed in the crossfire next time. Would you feel good that you didn’t antagonize these terrifying thugs by submitting an anonymous tip, or would you feel like a mouse cowering in the corner. Al Capone isn’t running Halifax, or Toronto.

  10. I do agree with you Sonic, and I’m not a person who doesn’t trust police; it’s not them I worry about but rather the media who always somehow manage to discover a witness’ name and splash it all over the paper, atleast hee in NA. I’m not saying I absolutely wouldn’t disclose what I witnessed or was victim to, just that I would give it some very serious thought beforehand. Context matters and there are different factors which would come come into play in how I would make a decision. I’m from Halifax who lives in Toronto now, but I spent 2 yrs working in a country with a severe gang violence problem (Honduras) so perhaps those scary places color my view a bit; that the police can’t always protect you.

  11. I, personally, would stand up and say something…
though I don’t value my life all that much to begin with so I really don’t have anything to lose.
Other, supposedly ‘happy’, people may not want to potentially face their often misguided fears.

  12. I don’t know this particular situation but some people don’t want to cooperate because they’re as guilty as the shooter or at least have things to hide.
