It’s been a number of different restaurants, including Persian eatery Parseh Shiraz, right next to the Stardust Motel on the Bedford Highway, but now it is Thai Ivory Cuisine (1067 Bedford Highway, 431-8424). It reportedly has a huge menu of Thai delicacies, which should thrill those in Bedford who’ve been craving those special Thai flavours until now only locally available on the peninsula. The hours are 10am to 9:30pm, seven days a week.

The food here is absolutely fantastic!!! Probably the best Thai food we have ever eaten. We would highly recommend this restaurant but, to be on the safe side make reservations as it is a very busy spot. You won’t regret your visit here.
