So, this morning the bus was packed (Yeah I know another bitch about the metro transit) anyway,the bus was packed and an elderly lady stepped on, I was sitting down, I got up and offered her my seat, which was promptly taken by a young fit male, leaving an elderly lady and myself to stand so he could sit down.

I remember, one time, I got on, and scoped out a seat, like the last one left. I made the mistake of shifting out while i was just about to sit, to let someone by- bam, some bitch grabs it. And nearly knocked me over to get it.

Justwondering… Not a jury in the province would convict you of removing a punk from your seat. You were there first & it is first come first serve…except that the Bus has signs for able bodied riders to give up their seat if an elderly or handicapped person doesn’t have one.
You chose to give your seat to an elderly person.
Removing an asshole from that seat & putting the elderly person in it, is reasonable…beating him to death & throwing his spasming corpse from the bus is not.(unfortunately)
