Yes, in cycling circles they’re the ones biking on the road. The other end of the spectrum would be the ‘mountain biker’, in quotes due to obvious lack of mountains in some locales.
For the light runners and stop sign ignorers, I just write them off as either triathletes or adventure racers, to make myself feel a little better.
