To the lady who was driving the Prius on Quinpool, stuffing her face full of pizza and driving with her knees—you are the epitome of a green-washed consumer idiot. I was on my bike, in the right lane. I had to make a left turn so I signaled and took the lane change but because you weren’t paying attention and driving with your knees, you almost hit me. Luckily I realized you were fucking eating pizza and staring into space (you have to assume drivers aren’t paying attention to shit in this city) and swerved out of the way. You had no idea any of this was going on.

I know your Prius makes you feel like you are helping the environment, and it has a nice green leaf on the back to let people know what a nice consumer you are, but maybe paying attention to the road where bikers (who let out no emissions at all) are riding. PS: Your hybrid is still shitty for the environment. Go ride a fucking bike. —Ragewashed Biker

  1. Oooo, Ragewashed, good one!

It’s like people who trade in their current vehicle for a brand new one that uses less fuel/gives off less emmissions/is sustainably designed/ so that they can leave a smaller environmental footprint.

Think, People! How does that math make any sense? Stop being mindless consumers.

  2. I’ll bet it was a slice of meatlover’s pizza, too. When, Oh when will you people learn to tread lightly upon the earth?

  3. So whats your bitch? about the Prius or the fact that the driver wasn’t paying attention? Or that she showhow thinks she’s better than you , but really you’re better than her?

Lets start a tally about who pays attention less; bikers or car drivers? Bet it’d be pretty even.

  4. Some people get hybrids so they can save on gas. I mean, buy a prius, pay the same as other non hybrid and buy gas less…

You don’t have to be on an environment-saving crusade to want a car that requires less gas.

Also: SUMMIT has been planned. I’ve invited everyone on my list. So check your email, bitches.

  5. Actually Hybrids and Diesels usually command a premium price over their gas counterparts. Cost per km is still above that of a small 4cyl car with a manual transmission and a gas engine. You’re spending more ; its just not going to the gas companies. Not a bad thing, especially if you can afford that. Or just want to help the environment. but you’re NOT saving money.

Don’t forget the environmental impact of making AND then disposal/recovery of depleted hybrid batteries.

  6. new camry hybrid is 27k according to O’Reagans…
    regular camry almost 24.

I wonder how many clicks it’ll take to dispose the over 3 grand difference?
not to mention how expensive the batteries are to replace…

  7. them little shit boxes are worth their weight in scrap o.p., or maybe that is too much. how about we just doze them all in a nice stinky landfill someplace? and of course the drivers too.

  8. Your bitch is about inattentive driving, the Prius really has nothing to do with it as UmmaGumma pointed out. I guess environmentally friendly drivers can be jackasses as well. That includes cyclists.

  9. Maybe she’s a bad driver… doesn’t really have anything to do with the environment. Stop hating on Prius’s
