The folks at the Halifax Pop Explosion have announced their first show—-Basia Bulat with Symphony Nova Scotia. The SNS shows have become a pretty big highlight of the old ‘Splosion in recent years, and those of you who have seen SNS with Jenn Grant, Buck 65, Owen Pallett et. al can probably attest that this evening will be unmissable.

There will also be a fundraiser concert planned for June 4th, with In-Flight Safety, Andrew Watt and the Glory Glory, Milks and Rectangles and Racoon Bandit, among others. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door. Location TBA. is at the Paragon Theatre (thanks, Facebook).
