There are some ligit cases but it is often used as a pacifier by doctors to get worthless parents out of their offices because these parents don,t pay attention to their kids or arent raising them properly or in a proper environment and they are acting out,,,then the parents proceed to blame every toe out of line on their kids “condition”…
