This bitch is for the customer service department for a certain company who puts out the Christmas Wish Books. I have never dealt with a more incompetent bunch of people in my life. It has been one mistake after another, it seems they dont have an employee that is capable of taking an order and then getting said order to their customer when promised. My original delivery date was Jan 15,then something happened and the order was never placed. My next delivery date was Feb 11th ( today). I call today to see if it was in ( I had my doubts ) and low and behold , somehow the order got cancelled. Now my delivery date is Febuary 24th. When I ask to speak to someone who can help rectify this shitty situation, I was put through to someone whos first words were sorry sir I cant help you. When I asked AGAIN to speak to someone who could help me , I was told that person was on lunch and they would call me back right away. Guess what no call back. I will have to call back tomorow and remind them where their paycheques actually come from.Until then it looks like I will be waiting two more weeks. I am pretty sure monkeys could do a better job serving customers. Am I the only one who is sick and tired of getting shitty customer service every where you go ?

I’m with refinedsugar with this one. You aren’t going to get any results from bad customer service if you just keep on taking it.
That same company actually LOST a couch I had ordered AFTER it was at the store for me to pick up!! How the fuck can you LOSE a big couch?? Then it was on my bill the next month – not for long. I have never shopped there since and that was many years and 3 kids ago!!
