  1. Know what did it for me? Cutting out that beer and pop I had after work every night, along with exercise. I still eat the same old greasy pizza and donairs, but I’ve been able to shave off a satisfying 20 pounds over about a 3 month period.

  2. I been lucky with not getting fat myself with the way I eat . For me thou -it just my job that doubles as a gym mostly . I would be a fat assed pig if i didn’t have a career where physical strength was needed all day .Especially after work when i smoke on them “funny ciggys” – munchies anyone ?

  3. aaah the wimpy burger i had a cat named bluto…he was fixed but still tried to hump his sister

  4. i do pretty well on hitting the four food group thing except fruits; having been in mexico 4 times and having mangoes; papaya;pineapple etc. down there i just can’t get into the crappy ass shit they send here

  5. yep, ole popeye the sailor man. i just thought it would be a good pun on the writer’s bitch.but bro tim, you are right. it has been a long time since popeye has been on teley.

  6. I wish everyone was like you. Some people should just never eat again, they have enough blubber to last at least a year.

  7. just shovel a can of tuna down if you’re jons’n
or a tall glass of milk. the quickly digested lactose will kill that hunger quick.
I used to do that every morning because I was rabbit right from the start and couldn’t make breakfast quick enough without having SOMETHING….

there is another solution but it may have more impact.
benefiber in your drink with your meal. no extra calories but you’ll stay fuller longer.
a couple days later however there will be…. substance to relieve.
