In Long Lake Provincial Park I came across an abandoned settlement that the squeegee kids/adults lived in for a summer. It was fucking gross the mess that they lived in and left there. I was gonna call DNR on their asses but they stopped living there eventually. Now there’s just a mess.
there’s like 100’s of people living in stanley park at any giv’n time but they are fairly good about cleaning up after themselves; these people just sound like drinkers lookong for a secluded spot not much you can do.

Vancouver is fucked up with the number of homeless and drug addicts there, and Victoria, a city approximately the same size of Halifax, isn’t far behind. Much worse than any problems we have here. Once beautiful Victoria has become such a shithole over the past ten years, it’s sad.
qpmzwonxeibcruv: Your right about the homeless in the west, even with their abundance of shelters. ( It’s been well documented that these free shelters are declined on a daily basis). One just needs to ask these people, where they came from and most roads lead to the east>>>. Most likely due to the west’s temperate climate.
In my travels, Toronto is still by far, the most populated in homelessness.
