Finally a study on GM corn independent of the corporations that create them, and people are getting miffed about how it was partly funded by environmental corporations, rather than within the GMO industry, never to be released to the public? How dare some lab-monster worshipping writer point a conflict-of-interest finger. Or claim that the GM corn “… shows signs of toxicity” proves that the scientists can’t prove it, therefore they’re wrong. The study concludes that to prove anything, long-term study needs to be funded, which no one has done yet. And Monsanto doesn’t count.

Am I to understand that GM is to mean genetically modified? Or is General Motors making corn?
GM wants to use corn to operate their vehicles because the loony tunes out there hate fossil fuels. The loony tunes forgot one thing. People need to eat. More corn for fuel means less corn for eating. Genetically Modified plants mean more crop yield, ergo more food for people. The loony tunes think Frankencorn will come and murder us in our homes, at work, and on the streets.
MMMMM, genetically modilicious. and we can use it to fatten up our new 6 legged factory chickens. That way everybody gets a drumstick. Better living through science indeed.
