As with any ‘intensive’ program tuition is far more expensive, but you achieve the same result that much sooner. The full-term program is so versatile that a student can stay in it indefinitely, should he or she choose. Certain candidates might even eventually qualify for the ‘Special Scholarship’ after 10 years, but the unfortunate reality is that most students won’t. This happens mostly because they graduate (and their ass is handed to them years before), but a few students will never qualify simply because Cocaine kills them before they get a chance.

Why should that affect me?
A new independant study has proven that heavy pot use during your teens can cause an imbalance in the brain chemistry that is nearly identical to schizophrenia. I am not making that up…really freaked me out when I found out, up until 12 months ago I smoked pot daily since I was 14.
I am not saying it is as bad as coke or that either is “evil” or bad…but people should be educated about the dangers so that they can moderate their use to avoid the pitfalls that come along with recreational drug use. I also think it should all be legalized and controlled like tobbacco and alcohol…that way the profits go right into our healthcare instead of drug dealers pockets, plus kids access can be more clearly controlled (not that it would completely stop them from getting their hands on the various substances they wanted).
Oh just to note…that imbalance is apparently permanent.
I’ve known a lot of chronics who aren’t at all schizophrenic at all. Doctors usually form opinions based on many independant studies as just one doesn’t provide a wider spectrum of experience. At least that’s how my doctor and specialists spproach these things.

One of my dearest friends turned to coke during a weed drought and ruined his fucking life – none of his friends could trust him because he would steal shit for his habit – he ended up isolating himself and dying alone at 46. I always thought coke was a very uncool drug – always made me think of Studio 54 and all that disco dung. After my buddy died, I considered it evil.

I, as with many people, believed that any adverse affects of heavy chronic use could be reversed with just simply stopping (other than lung damage…which can also be partially reversed if you stop smoking entirely). Just like with overeating…you stop and workout…the adverse affects are reversed.

I care about my neighbours enough to not feed them the rope they’d hang on… and they’d hang their home and their family and their job and their ambition, productivity and and and… need not hang given what we’ve learned and since only like 2% of the population have a strong enough constitution to not let it go their heads (or perhaps just special body chemistry)… it’s like the 2% of people who take Torodol and REALLY cannot operate heavy machinery because they’re too stoned… 98% of us won’t experience that and take it for pain management so we CAN go to work.

Would something vital be missing from their lives should they NEVER experience the rush of cocaine? Imagine YOUR child in a room full of coke. Is it really a choice you would want ANY of your children make given the risk of serious addiction? I’ll bet you were pissed you ran out. I’ll bet your g/f, your parents, whatever responsibilities… seriously PALED in importance to the drug you were running out of. Your 24 hours could easily have been a week, 8 months or a lifetime, however short that would be. The only time people ever seem to think cocaine is a really smart thing to do is when they’re stoned to high heaven. Think about that.
Here’s the thing. SOME, and not many, people can keep such a substance and associated behavior in check. MOST cannot. If you’ve got anything fucked up in your life that cocaine makes feel better you are at SERIOUS risk of cashing in your life on addiction. Since none of us are perfect most of us are prime to be addicts with a substance like cocaine.
I’m happy most put pot in it’s place (WAY beneath the evils of alcohol) but it bothers me their advice to our government would be to tax it like it’s special. It’s a weed, for cryin’ out loud! It grows in almost every earthly climate. WHY should it be special at all? Sure, control it because I don’t think kids should have access similar to the control of booze and tobacco but that’s the only reason to tax it. Of ALL the commodities on the market weed currently is out of control expensive and it shouldn’t be for what it is. To roll it into a free market it needs to be assessed for what it is… no different than barley, corn or yeah, tobacco. We don’t owe the government anything special, never mind financial, for their approved access to a weed.
The legalization of weed would see A LOT of guns disappear as well. The guns are used to protect crops, reputations and “dangerous” shipments. If you remove the danger you remove the guns too.
