  1. Good for Harper for not being taken in by “The sky is falling” idiots and moneygrubbers like Al “I need to spend $23,000 a month in energy to run one of my houses” Gore.

  2. whilst I agree he is quite useless….
    (think ‘toothpick in Arkansas’ useless)

    I’m still not buying it.

  3. harper is,well, being harper. douchebag that he is. oh, sorry to the douchebags everywhere, you are useful, he isn’t.

  4. I will be sooo happy when this climate fraud conference is over. I hope the PM walks out on these nutroots and comes home with the only cost to us being the jet fuel in the plane he’s on.

PM Harper don’t give a dime of our money to the likes of Chavez and Mugabe.

  5. What gets me, though, is that Canada only emits 2% of the overall emissions, yet we are currently the villain country. How does THAT work??

  6. I just threw a couple more logs on the fire, & I’m eyeing a couple old tires in the garage .
I’ll bet I can get a couple of hours of heat out of those bad boy’s !
Harper, tell the climate nut jobs to piss off, & your looking for buyers of sweet Alberta Oilsands crude !

I’m 100% behind huskie alum…chavez & mugabe are destroying their countries, the amount of wealth those theives have stolen for themselves, & what they’re doin gto their economies is unbelievable !!! as well as criminal !

  7. Kudos to Harper for realizing that his job is to represent the interests of Canadians, not European elitists and third-world welfare kings.

  8. Awwww, you guys saw right threw this whole “climate hoax” all along didn’t you?

Gosh, we thought we had you with the whole rising sea level and melting glaciers trick…but just like in high school…you were too smart for “science” then, and you’re too smart now!

Huskie alum gets EXTRA point s for seeing that the whole thing was a trick to give money to Chavez! He’s so smart, he saw right through the whole phoney “Venezuela has one of the largest oil reserves on the continent” trick too!

Pure genius…You must have graduated TWICE from Saint Mary’s to be THIS smart!

  9. We’re the villains because we at one point were the world leaders in green energy, and we have completely reversed that role.

  10. “”We’re the villains because we at one point were the world leaders in green energy, and we have completely reversed that role.”‘

    Agreed, in part.

Google “carbon footprint per capita”…that may shed some light!
At least we Canadians are number one at something!

  11. Einstein would have been wasting his time if he’d made the trip to Copenhagen.
We could have had the same result in a one hour video conference.
Waste of money, waste of time and waste of valuable energy.
I hope they hold the next venting exercise in Resolute or the Sahara desert.

  12. Joeblow, its much greener for these guy’s to all jet in with their massive entoruages, fleets of limo’s & massive security presence. After all they’re trying to save the planet, by taxing us the workers even more. How can we not understand this new tax is going to ‘help us’.
Yes, it going to help us even more than all the other taxes we pay.
You know if we were serious we’d get 90% of the long haul truckers off the roads for good & reinstall the rail system, which can move thousands of tons of goods much more efficently than a truck can. Plus just think of how much better our roads & highways would be without all those behemoths everywhere.
Saving on deisel…isn’t that a green solution 😉

  13. Absolutely right More. Heavy rail would go a long way to saving energy. However, I would hazard a guess that most of the long haul trucking that goes on is in the form of food transport. There’s a significant logistical problem there, and a financial one seeing as the costs are much higher. People aren’t willing to give up their Californian strawberries in the middle of February, nor pay $15 for 500g.

  14. Hey baD mR fRosTy,

I didn’t have this fraud figured out along but became skepitcal in 2004 when the work of McIntye and MacKitrick forced Mann to issue a corrigendum to his initial paper in Nature which presented the idea of the ‘hockey stick’. Mann then refused to provide his source code for peer review.

The CRU leak helped confirm what I had suspected since 2004. The IPCC is a group of ideologically driven nutbars married to the idea of ‘climate injustice’ for which the west must be punished.

Time to move on to more pressing matters ….like whats for lunch.

  15. Doesn’t anybody listen to David Suzuki anymore? Climate “fraud”? Hello? Anybody listening? Even if man has nothing to do with climate change climate change is inevitable. It’s good we’re learning and defining what is required to sustain us and our environment. Before the “alarmist” “invented” CO2 stats and presented the world’s fate on a chopping block we’ve been paying attention. Well… some of us are.

  16. Shouldn’t the title of the bitch be:

    Harper/Retards/Climate Change???

The fact that the climate is changing is undeniable. How much of an impact humans have had on said climate change is debatable. There is NO HARD EVIDENCE of any kind to prove or disprove ANYTHING. Climate change is like Christianity and the “facts” on it are like the bible. They can be interpretted in a lot of ways and can be made to say just about anything. You fools can keep debating back on forth on the issue until you’re blue in the face. As for me, I’m going to keep on doing what I can do to be enviromentaly friendly and fiscally responsible at the same time.

  17. Okay, 192 some-odd countries retarded climate change. Nobody did anything except piss, whine and fart out an excuse for a resolution, and when that was done, they probably all got smashed on Danish lager. Shame.

  18. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7nnVQ2fROOg …. Since a lot of you people seem to be too lazy to actually look into this topic of the so called “climate gate” objectively, and just go along with what they are being told by FOX news and the likes, here’s a video that might help you understand the issue a little bit better.
It’s only ten minutes and who knows you might even learn something, but I’m not holding my breath.

  19. F&L, have you bothered to listen to what David Suzuki is saying about climate change? Maybe he’s the biggest conspirator of them all, huh? *rolls eyes*

  20. Sorry, I don’t buy anything that’s published on YouTube. It’s like basing an entire paper on reference material provided by Wikipedia.

  21. uhhh Dr. Fever it wasn’t “published” on you tube that’s just where the video is being hosted.
Here’s a link to Huffington Post http://www.huffingtonpost.com/kevin-grandi… if it makes you feel better, but the fact that you’re going along with the stuff people like Rush Limbaugh, Glen Beck, Dr. Phil and my personal favorite Alex Jones have been spewing makes me think there is little chance that you are the type of person that would ever let something as trivial as facts get in the way of you making a decision.

  22. I just thank fuck we had Harper there who didn’t bow to the sky is falling crowd. Just imagine if Dion or something was there. Scary. He’d me handing money hand over fist to the third world tyrants of the world.

  23. first and last, what do you think of Mr Suzuki’s position on climate change? Do you think he’s a stupid guy who lies to you?

  24. kay what the hell are you talking about??? Go back and take a closer look at my posts.
Your first response made me think you were being sarcastic but your second response just makes me think you’re an idiot, guess ignorance exists on both sides of this topic huh?
Watch the video you arrogant idiot, it’s denouncing the the whole “climate gate scandal” thus supporting the science of people like Mr. Suzuki.
    Seriously, you SUCK.

  25. do you try HARD to go over the top with your insults or does it come naturally for you like it does for me? Asshole… if only we could have believed your handle.

  26. Dr Suzuki…you mean the guy who owns 3 homes…with 3 fridges, furnaces etc etc etc …one of them being over 6000 sq ft ! Last time I seen him in Vancouver he was getting in a Ford Excursion SUV, a 8 cylinder 6000 lbs super gas guzzeler !
Yeah i ‘ve heard about this guy. Not quite the hypocrit Gore is, but close enough…oh look there he goes jetting off to another group of wannbe’s to hold a ‘talk’ ! ! ! I’m some glad he runs his jet on hot air, after all he’s one of those who’s been claiming high altitude aircraft are a bigger part of the problem because of where they deposit a lot of polution…there he goes, up ,up & away AGAIN . It couldn’t be jet fuel he uses…gasp…he’s an enviormentalist. (remember folks you can’t be an enviormentalist without being MENTAL !)
Davey suzuki, a responsible yada yada… “look everyone a huge climate problem, Do as I say not as I do” ” but i personally don’t want to be inconvienenced” -dr. suzki climate hero ————– lmfao !

  27. You know we’re getting a storm tonight, I think I’ll try to stuff one of those old tires in the wood stove tonight in my shop…that’ll heat the garage for the whole night !
With the added plus of not putting another tire in the landfill ~:)

  28. more, but think of all the polutants you will be putting in the air we all breathe, gee. i really wish we coulsd all look at the future, say a hundred years ahead. just to see what kind of new crap these people can dream up. of course we are destroying the earth, but who isn’t, really? you don’t have to be an egghead genius to know that there is only so much shit something will take, before it blows up in your face. don’t get me wrong here, i like nice clean air too,but seriously, are we the ones that are doing it to ourselves,no.it is big business and any country that has stacks spewing out tons of this shit a year,is responsible, not you or i personally.look at all the steel producing countries, then the mining countries, and also, let’s look at all the cows on earth.one cow over a 10 year period, can produce enough methane to run your car for a year.now let’s just add up how many of these beasts are around, millions, and india has the biggest non useful herd on the planet.they just just don’t eat beef and they just waste space and any food crops they might have there. i could probably find more shit, but i will leave the rest to your own imaginations.think about them, not us, we are not the ones that have to control the way we live.

  29. Don’t worry L.S. !
I was watching the archiologists digging (digging being the operative word) an ancient native ‘towns’ ruins on National Geographic video & realised …we just live ontop of all the garbage our ancestors left behind.
What doesn’t decompose just gets covered with what does decompose/ dirt & we live on top of it !
    ~:) Merry Christmas.

  30. “Life After People” – shows how quick the Earth can reclaim itself. We can’t “beat” the tar out of Mother Nature. Volcanoes blows and plants grow, huge floods, plants grow, A forest burns down, a forest regrows, oil spills, nature repairs, etc.

  31. Hey Bro Tim, that’s a huge relief to hear that…I remember reading that on a church pamplet once….”Don’t worry, be happy – God will provide!” I shoulda listened!

Erm, any idea when God and Mother Nature might consider replacing 75% of the ocean’s fish stocks?

  32. Hey Bro Tim, Life After People… didn’t you notice that our unmanned nuclear power plants and bio labs kill off everything that survived people for how long? Life After People did not outline a robust planet able to recover in any reasonable period of time. Of course the earth will still spin once we’re gone and a few MILLION years later there MAY be habitable planet left so this is hardly the “good news” or reason to not pay attention and do your part.

  33. kay again Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Also most NCBW systems only have a small area of effect, so unless there was one on every street corner, I wouldn’t worry too much about them. Not to mention there needs to be an activation system. i.e. gasses are effective but only in very small areas and they are disapated rather quickly. Chemicals biological agents need an activation system before they become dangerous.

  34. 3 posts all referencing david susuki from kay and counting? Got any other persoin to quote? must be more then him kay ?

  35. And of course his degrees are in zoology and genetics. Nope nothing about environmental, climate or ecological science there.

  36. Oh yes, I’m sure anthrax needs help being deadly when left to do whatever an anthrax does in an unmanned lab without power. Sure.

Uhm, yes I’m a big fan of the work David Susuki does and I watch The Nature of Things fairly regularly. I grew up learning from that man. Didn’t you?
