I totally hear ya zZz… You need to have an actual degree to get that sort of job, and the last time I looked, Engineering in general is probably among the top 3 in difficulty. But clearly, our OP is up to the task because it’s all fucked, and they would have ways to solve it, I assume.
I’ve lived in other cities as well as HRM. I don’t think they were run any more efficiently. This is a situation specific to politics everywhere not just in HRM.

Shouldn’t even be a HRM. It’s Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Halifax County to me. You tell someone from away you live in HRM, they’re like “What the fuck is that?”
