Nova Scotia Driver’s Handbook – Chapter 2: Rules of the Road … based on my observations, many could use a refresher on the entire chapter … not just the one discussing “Right of Way”.

No the book is wrong, and when the police come, you can argue with them like on judge judy, they don’t mind at all trust me. They love to argue, the only laws they actually know, fills them with the will to read a book, one on civil and criminal law. That’s how we work together.
Everyone does what they want and the craziest person, in control enough to not attack anyone, at the wrong place at wrong time wins!.

It states on page 66, using controled access highways.Hmmmm , Seems these areas require a drivers full attention & extreme caution must be used.
-Quote – “Signs will be posted to inform you whether to merge, yield, or stop. In ALL THESE SITUATIONS,YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO YIELD TO THROUGH TRAFFIC until a safe gap can be identified before you enter the highway”- end quote

anyone …ANY ONE , entering onto a highway & FYI (through traffic is the vehicles already on the highway ~;) has to YIELD the right of way to the vehicles already traveling the highway.
Those already on the highway, don’t have to pull over into the other lane…even if its empty.
They don’t have to stop, yield or even slow the fuck down, before they cream your sorry ass as you attempt to kill yourself & others. So I hope your delusions of who has the right of way don’t get you killed…but more importantly I really hope your stupidity doesn’t kill some innocent person.
