I hope you are happy with it. That device did not belong to me, it belonged to my friend who happened to be physically disabled. She lent it to me so I could go on a trip to NB & back. She is getting a new car and needed it for herself and daughter. She was trusting me with it and when I was ready to return it, you decided to break into my vehicle and take it for kicks…or your drug habit. So either way, I hope you are happy. I have ‘lost` 2 suitcases, an overnight bag and a passport and now you have strained a friendship. I believe in karma and one day you will get what you deserve. —Clifton the edge

If your friend strains your relationship with her over a theft then she is not much of a friend, now is she?
I suggest male friends.
Are you using your friends physical disability to elicit sympathy for a simple smash and grab? Just stop doing this to try and make YOUR story more terrible than if it just happened to some able bodied person, because its not. If I were disabled, this would piss me off to no end!
How much did you get for it?
Why would you borrow a GPS? Ever hear of a road map? They work well and people don’t steal them.
Interesting, when my car was broken into… twice… in the same year, they didn’t even bother stealing the gps. Though it wasn’t out in plane sight… leaving it there would just be plain stupid, especially given that it wasn’t yours.
maybe you shouldn’t have kept the gps in your car and maybe you should stop blaming other people for your being an irresponsible friend.
Smart phone works good for me when traveling.
