This person sounds a bit like me… well, the free dinner part, anyway. When I see “free,” I want “FREE,” damnit!
Although you’re being sarcastic, I bet you’re still going to really miss this person. The fact you even bothered to make this post on the Coast speaks volumes.
Sounds like your friend isn’t very self-aware. I’ll bet a hefty dose of reality would smarten them up, although I find those so deep into themselves tend to never really surface INTO reality at any point, unfortunately.
I have a relative with a diagnosed narcissistic personality disorder and….yeah, your friend kinda reminds me of them 🙁
