Called them back to complain and the same guy that I talked to earlier answered again and replied with, “it’s not my fault you took the wrong bus” and then hung up on me! Un-fucking-believable. Where do you live? The buses run inbound and outbound…….were your fingers bound that you could not look for this information on sayyyyyyy….the Metro Transit site? EVEN has a map! Frik, google transit will provide you the shortest/fastest route……and who knew that a bus from Clayton Park to Dartmouth (16) and a connection back to Halifax (ANY of them) is QUICKER than taking a roundabout route through the city of Halifax………yes, Google is my friend 🙂

I’m going with Koda on this one. I think you were probably given the correct bus # to take, but you jumped on the #80 for example when it was heading out to Sackville instead of downtown.
Also you should have verified with the bus driver himself/herself before getting on.

Fucking SET. HOW long did you know you had this appointment? Instead of doing shit for yourself, you decided to take the lazy way out and call the Halifax call centre. MT has a website with route maps and schedules, and a link to google maps where bus routes catered to the times and locations you put in, will give you directions.
It’s not the city’s fault you’re a lazy asshole.
OP, could you please post what bus # you took, where you got on it, and what side of the street you were on when it picked you up? Just so we can laugh at you for taking the bus in the wrong direction.
Most people who own a vehicle never get into the wrong vehicle, and rarely are late. OB, you know what that means. You get what you pay for…..poverty transit.
