Has anyone else noticed that a certain rail travel company who offered a goodwill sale of 60% off on its tickets has had a non-accessable booking website since they announced the sale? WHat a joke! They offer this amazing sale to make up for their striking engineers shutting down service for a weekend nad noone can even get on their website to see how much pain 60% takes off the cot of rail travel. The more human way to travel? maybe if you could get on their booking website.

  1. Yah what is with that? I’ve been trying to check on pricing for the last two days and the website is useless. I’ve tried calling too and I’ve got nothing but a busy signal everytime I’ve called. Great promo…a piece of shit website.

  2. Yah Miles, I’ll just catch a shuttle from 2 hours outside of Halifax to make an inquiry. Thanks man, where would I be without your guidance? Oh wait, still two hours outside of Halifax trying to upload the website.

  3. Yah Miles.

Don’t have a map with the exact location of every single LTWWB user pinpointed with little flags hanging in your living room?

    Loser.

  4. Yah that Miles, he’s such a tool.

Maybe if the website is busy, and the phone is busy….maybe they are just really busy because it’s such a sweet deal and all the stranded passengers are busy trying to rebook their tickets and get home. Maybe you just need to be patient and keep trying. Maybe I don’t give a shit where you live or if you catch the train or not. Maybe my advice wasn’t meant to be helpful in the first place. BTW, I just got onto the website first try and bought all kinds of tickets. Loser.

  5. Yah, well, Miles you must be one hell of a computer wizard, because I’ve been trying to check the price of tickets for quite some time and haven’t been able to. I can’t even imagine what it’s like to buy “all kinds (??)” of them.

I any case, enjoy your trip. You must have got the last berth on the overnight to Lamesville.

  6. anyone have any blocking software running rampant?

Not sure if Miles was kidding or not but I as well have checked prices just this morning on my first try.

3199 for a return trip from here to vancouver (assuming 2 passengers and a cabin for 2)

    shaggy said it best…. zoinks!

  7. They upgraded their bandwidth lsat night according to their press release…hence people trying today can get through. Bitch closed.

  8. Yah Mr.Man, I’m a ninja on a computer. And now I’m gonna scalp all kinds of train tickets to the poor suckers that couldn’t log on to the website for 60% MORE than the actual cost. $$$!
