So, this bitch is way overdue. I’m sick of all the idiot kids (12-22) running around causing problems. Why can’t the Youth Justice system get its head out of its ass? The newspapers SHOULD be able to name young offenders (especially if they have previous charges).

I’m sick of all the kids wearing “colours”. They don’t even know where the gangs started, so why would they be flying gang colours? Go to LA and try to “bang”. See what happens. Just because you saw it in a LITTLE WAYNE video, doesn’t mean you can do that shit in Nova Scotia. You aren’t fooling anyone…

No one cares how “hard” you are. Stay the fuck in school, and maybe you won’t have to live off the system that I help pay to support. “Oh, it’s okay, I get fed if I go to jail.” Yeah, go fuck yourself. I’m sick of kids that think it’s so cool to get locked up. Whatever happened to beating your kids? Oh no, can’t allow that, we have to put them through the Justice system, and give them “probation” that they aren’t going to follow, everyone knows that.

And this is to those “kids” at the Sackville bus terminal that went knife crazy… For one, you were wearing a goddamn AEROPOSTALE sweater, so there goes your street cred. Two, you both look about 12, not even old enough to GROW a beard. I’m surprised no one actually killed you, because if it was me you threw a fucking beer bottle at, I would have made you fucking eat your little wigger friend’s undies. Believe it.

Too bad that HRP can’t effectively do their job, if they could, it’d be way easier to walk down the damn street. I hope 2012 wipes out all you damn sleazebuckets.

And PS. All the “new school” rappers suck. Listen to some REAL music, cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuz. —Taking No Shit

  1. Whats ironic about this bitch is that stephen harper just introduced a huge sweeping crime bill partly aimed at dealing with those little fuckwads. I’m looking forward to seeing the looks on the little gangsta faces when they get up in court and suddenly realize they wont be going home tonight with a slap on the wrist and probation.

  2. ” For one, you were wearing a goddamn AEROPOSTALE sweater, so there goes your street cred.”

“Too bad that HRP can’t effectively do their job….”

    Pretty much, OB. Preeeetty much.

  3. Don’t give old pedophile sweater Stevey too much credit. He’s also cracking down on people for growing or selling weed. We all know weed is more dangerous than alcohol, coke, crack, meth, oxycontin, and heroin, right?

I wish Conservative Party members advertised their membership in their store windows so I could never support them ever again.

  4. Painey, – only in San Francisco *hee haw*
As long as you don’t wear one of those stupid black satin things that look like a cross between a yarmulke and a condom pulled down over the head, you should be otay – aesthetically speaking

  5. Sage Francis, Wordburglar, Jesse Dangerously, Buck 65, Das Racist, Homeboy Sandman, Ghettosocks, Apathy, B. Dolan, More or Les, Tool Shed, Guilty Simpson, Elzhi. Those are new school rappers who don’t suck. Some of them are from right here in Halifax. I think you are refering to POP MUSIC MAYBE? Like Lil’ Wayne and company? Not sure why rap music is being blamed for violence in the community…go fuck yourself

  6. Haligonians should celebrate a 1 week period where they phone in every damn thing they see going on in the streets. The intel and convictions would put most of those punks away.

  7. hey SODEY POP, maybe you should take your fucking idiotic, music-elitist ass and go read a book? MAINSTREAM RAP GLORIFIES THE “GANGSTUHH” LIFESTYLE. Fucking mouth breather.

  8. I’m sick of the adult society that sets such a piss poor example and then wonders why so many kids are lost.

  9. “hey SODEY POP, maybe you should take your fucking idiotic, music-elitist ass and go read a book? MAINSTREAM RAP GLORIFIES THE “GANGSTUHH” LIFESTYLE. Fucking mouth breather.”

Where the fuck did this come from? I mentioned 2 underground rappers after someone was nice enough to mention a bunch, and you get your panties in a twist? Please explain. This is the OPPOSITE of mainstream rap that you hate, and you can’t fucking read apparently. Please put down your meth pipe and explain your post you fuckwit. Jesus Chrysler you’re a fuckup.

  10. I had a long rant typed up, but suffice it to say rap is not the problem, but a reflection of it. Good parents can keep their kids away from trouble no matter what music the listen to, movies they watch, or video games they play. The trick is to teach them the difference between real and fake.

  11. TJ, don’t forget to teach the difference between right & wrong. Oh, and use a belt to … ummm … support the lesson, if necessary. That’s playing it ‘old school’ 😉

  12. lol it didn’t make me mad. I just think people take the easy way out instead of taking the time and effort to look at the bigger picture and see the real issues. It’s easy to blame celebrities, they’re famous and recognizable. It’s harder to see what goes on behind the scenes, and the real reasons why ignorance, violence, sex and debauchery makes more dollars than positivity and inspiration.

We were a fucked up society and world before rap came along, some of us just don’t like having it shown to us. Basically pop culture is just a mirror, and a lot of us don’t like what we see. Don’t blame the mirror folks.

  13. Right and wrong is a good one, that goes without saying, but the line between fantasy and reality I think a lot of parents drop that ball.

It’s easy to say “rap music turned my kid into a little wannabe gangbanger”

It’s harder to be a parent and talk to your kids about difficult issues that can’t be solved with a parenting cliche.

“And this is to those “kids” at the Sackville bus terminal that went knife crazy… For one, you were wearing a goddamn AEROPOSTALE sweater, so there goes your street cred.”

Here’s a curveball. Maybe, just maybe, those kids weren’t in fact hip hop fans, or even wanna-be gangsters. To quote Chris Rock, whatever happened to crazy?

And that part basically just contradicted your whole bitch, OP. So “street cred” is determined by what brands you wear? You’re part of the problem. Newsflash, criminals listen to all types of music and dress in all types of ways. The biggest criminals on earth wear expensive suits. Just like the people who sign rappers who promote hedonistic, hyper consumerist lifestyles to push their corporate agendas. Consciousness used to be “in”.

I basically agree though, these little shitbags need a wake up call.

  14. Those little gangster punks will love prison …. they’ll get lots of cock. Pity there’s no death penalty for those gangster criminals.

  15. I just think it’s hypocritical to shit on ghetto youth and then get mad when they shit right back on you in the form of music. A lot of history led up to the first hip hop record, and the crack AIDS epidemics turned a lot of nice black neighborhoods into slums, like Queens for example, that was right around the time so called gangsta rap emerged. Coincidence?

But nobody outside the hood gave a shit until little Billy brought home an NWA record, now all the sudden they want to take away the voices of these artists because they don’t like what they have to say. Tough shit.

  16. The artists aren’t the problem… It’s the way kids get the “wrong message” and take things literally. These kids never had “street cred” to begin with.

  17. Still didn’t explain your stupid post directed at me blah blah blah. How the fuck am I elitist for knowing more about rap than you?

  18. “Those little gangster punks will love prison …. they’ll get lots of cock. Pity there’s no death penalty for those gangster criminals.”

So why not get yourself put behind bars for a few decades? You may get some too.

And too bad there’s no death penalty for you faggot terrorists.

  19. LOL oops, I got the names mixed up, it was Furious Styles that comes off as an elitist fuck, not you, Sodey.

  20. Now I’m an elitist fuck? You are retarded. All I did was give a few examples of skilled, positive hip hop artists and say that 99% of the shit you hear on the radio is pop music, not rap music. I hope you get cancer of the AIDS of the face motherfucker. The same jackass talking shit about .38 buckshot too. You suck at life.

  21. LOLz – I find rap feuds hilarious. Remember when the East CoastWest Coast were stacking up body bags quicker than Blind Date Night in Sarajevo. And then there’s Country music. “Violent”, “Ignorant”, “Bigoted” Country Music – to paraphrase chuck d – the Redneck CNN. Remember when Toby Keith had to verbally bitch slap the Dixie Slits. Think about it, all those pick-up trucks and all those gun racks – yet, not one fatality. Not one Nascar related drive by, not one “entrepeneur” wacked for selling Skoal on someone else’s turf, not one child prodigy or decorated war hero accidentally killed because Granny was holding her shotgun in that sideways ghetto-grip.
And No, this is neither an endorsement of Country nor a condemnation of raphop. Like drugs, music does not create assholes, but it sure as shit doesn’t minimize them either. Peace out dawgs.

  22. The idea that everyone who likes rap says dawg, would hold a pistol sideways, or is basically a hard rock or idiot is ridiculous. Most of the rap I listen to is about everything from having a paper route to addressing serious social issues. Underground rap is basically the new protest music. I love rap. I also love Tom Waits, and read books. Your comparison of rap vs country was funny. But if I am a dawg because I like rap you are a silly old man. Like you said, music does not create assholes. I don’t think the music people listen to is of any relevance to how they behave at all. People identify with certain musical styles based on who they are, music soesn’t change people. I originally commented here because I thought that first off, look at the top ten songs on pop radio right now: most of them would be considered “Rap” but really they are not. It is pop music. Stabbers gonna stab, “dawg”.

  23. the idiotic rap conundrum aside…
mostly because frankly I don’t give a fuck about any type of rap….

those little rejects should be tried as adults.
you’re adult enough to carry a concealed weapon…
    to shank someone with it…
    and get your hands bloody.
you’re man enough to get analy fisted every evening by the prison derp.

  24. I firmly believe there is a Simpson’s reference for any situation in life. I have toyed with the idea of only commenting using said references. And yes, that is me the Beluga is spitting on. Pic taken before he was used to make Lil’ Lisa’s Slurry. Actually, that is the whale that died last week at the Van aquarium(fish place). Bam, two more!

  25. hey now, I’m only 20 and I act much older then i really am. Don’t put an age on these idiots when some people don’t act like idiot douche bags. I too agree with you on this one, but not all 12-22 year olds act like that. Certain people act like that, people who are over 22 still act like that. Some people just don’t understand how to act like humans in this so called civilized planet we live in.

  26. It’s possible to do; work in some South Parks for variety.
Sad about the whale. I loved the Belugas when I visited in the early 70’s (told ya I was old). The Orcas were the main attraction but Bela & Lugosi were the coolest, to me.

  27. They were amazing to see that’s for sure. Just wish I had know it was coming and not ruined my cell phone. Yeah, Butters is solid gold. Randy also. “I thought this was America!”

  28. You mean to say the whale that just died ruined your cell phone. Holy Fuck, you rap fans DO know how to hold a grudge, >; ) j/k
Butters rules. My wife says I’m like Cartman only minus the tolerance and maturity. >: (

  29. Just FYI Ivan, the East Coast/West coast “rap feud” that you speak of had nothing to do with music, the people involved just happened to be in the music business. Also the media has a good deal of Tupac and Biggie’s (and several of their associates) blood on their hands.

No one got shot over rap lyrics, or what may have been said in the media. It was about money and power.

Evidence shows that police and FBI were involved as well.

    Your comparison doesn’t hold water.

Holy fuck, he just gets worse and worse over the years. Yes for years The Coast has allowed this to go on. Disgusting.
