I’m an east coaster myself, so help with my broken-down car from strangers wasn’t exactly a surprise, but it was very welcome all the same. You guys sprang into action the instant I rolled up and put up my hood. We found the problem, you guys told me where I might find the part nearby and we installed it together (well, really you installed it, I held the flashlight) and I was back on the road in under 30 minutes.
