To all the people crying about having to pay crazy prices for Modest Mouse tickets: If the tickets sold out in an hour I would see your point but you had almost a full work week to buy them the first time and then they went on sale again for an hour this week. If you do not want to pay crazy prices to see your “favourite band of all time OMG!!!!” then buy the tickets when they were on sale for cheap. Scalpers are not the reason you have to pay $100 for a ticket: you being too lazy to buy tickets from Ticket pro is the reason you have to pay $100 for a ticket.
—Not scalping but not going to Modest Mouse either

Why has there been 3 separate bitches about this topic? Tim?
haha true that
from what i heard they had a pre sale before they went on sale and they were all gone within the pre sale
I’m selling mine. Any takers?
How much were they through ticketpro?
viral marketing? maybe this is someones idea of concert promotion? no such thing as bad publicity and all that.
Jesus fuck, Modest Mouse is BORING AS FUCK….tell me WHY it deserves three separate bitches? I agree with the OP on this one. If you want to see a band or go to an event don’t sit on your ass with your thumb up your butt then complain later because it’s all sold out. You snooze, you looze.
I snoozed, I loosed. 🙁
its like that time i could have met Mr. T at the mall. i sat at home saying, “i’ll go a little later. i’ll just go a little later.”
when i had gotten to the mall, he had just left. and when i asked the mall guys if he’d ever come back, they said that they didn’t know 🙁
I’m never going to let something like that happen again! I’m going into space right now!
Heathro, can you take Modest Mouse with you?
But.. I was just.. finishing Fats amazing Simpsons quote.. Sigh.
Heathro cannot let that happen. She will not let this happen and can’t let this happen.
I’m really tired of hearing about Modest Mouse. Really, are they that important?
Not really. They’ve got a few good songs and I used to have a thing for them…until I heard of British indie.
