Nothing is wrong with them; why do you ask? If you’re the Poo Picker-Upper (that’s hyphenated BTW), stop complaining about your job or find another.
There you are kiddies-another problem solved by Jesus!
Time for the Cheech and Chong dogshit skit:

It’s simple – they’re lazy bastards, but not quite as lazy as the shit leavers…
AMBIVALENT REACTIONS TO DOG SHIT
This bitch points to some dog owners’ ambivalent reactions in respect to dog shit. On the one hand they subscribe to environmental cleanliness and so pick up after their dog and bag it. But, and this is important, they then leave the bag on the ground which modifies if not cancels out their environmental concerns. Why do they do this?
The answer is to be found in the deep cultural repugnance toward dog shit which, after the human variety, ranks a close second. The dog owners’ ambivalence reflects this. While they want to maintain environmental cleanliness, they don’t want to have anything to do with the dog shit. The result is that they leave the bag on the ground, hoping someone else will pick it up.
The dogs themselves of course do not experience such repugnance in respect to dog shit. Indeed, many are coprophagous but this is not recommended where dog owners are concerned.
A pleasure as always,
Cheerio!
People here in this city do as they pleases.
No one explained Doggy doo Part Two to them yet.
Hahahaha, shit happens everywhere. The park by my place takes the garbage cans out for the winter so by the spring its a little oozing mountain where the cans once were.
The number of shit bags on the ground around Sullivan’s Pond is disgusting.
