See that pretty yellow line dividing the travel lanes on local streets and roads? Why not try and stay on your side of it for a change!!!!
Every god damn day I drive to/from work on the Waverley Road and have to veer to the right because some fuck cuts over the line onto my side of the road. What’s wrong, cant turn the wheel ever so slightly to stay on the correct path? Or are you just pretending that you’re on a rally circuit??
And don’t bother replying that they must be just avoiding the monster potholes, they aren’t. They are just lazy cunts that can’t drive.
If I was still driving a beater, I’d be tempted to let you crash into me.

That road is insanely dangerous! In the winter it’s slippery, narrow and has some pretty bad pot holes. In the summer it’s filled with dump trucks going 30km/hr over the speed limit and halfway into the opposite lane. Something really needs to be done about it.
i suggest increased police patrols to enforce the posted speed limits and to pull over drivers exhibiting dangerous habits. sounds simple but we cannot go reconstructing and widen every road in the province.
some roads ive travelled on are a little less than ideally designed. however, there are very few “dangerous highways of death” in nova scotia. the number on issue regarding safety on our roads is the driver. people make stupid choices which result, sadly, in grave consequences. until increased patrols and compliance measures are put in place…that will never change.
You know I had noticed that in the past few years there was a definitive slide in the understanding of the yellow line. People seem to think now that it is perfectly acceptable to stray across it for whatever reason at any time.
I’m with DER on this. Just the other day we’re heading down Main St in Dartmouth and this stupid bitch decide she’s going proceed through the intersection then STOP about 2 car lengths beyond it, she turns on her blinker and remains oblivious to the cars stuck in the intersection behind her. Why? Because she thought she should cross the double line to turn into a driveway. It was almost funny after a while because the backed up traffic in the intersection wasn’t moving because of her yet she was waiting for those in the turning lane (who couldn’t move because of backed up traffic in the intersection) to let her in to cross another 2 lanes of highway. It’s fucking NUTS trying to drive in this town.
stig…. nice.
been a while since I watched a lot of that……
Kay, I believe every word you said and I’ve come across that all too often.
I don’t know where the people handing licensees out are or what they’re thinking.
I got mine in a very rural area and didn’t really drive in the city until a couple years ago but the things I see on a quick 12 min drive around here are nearly unbelievable.
And if some asshat pulls up to an intersection and waits for the light to turn green before putting that fucking blinker on one more time…..
It is because people are so self-absorbed, self centered, self-entitled, self-righteous. Rude. Me Me Me Me…I thought that was reserved for spoiled children without discipline. And this selfishness is not any one generation either, it’s all generations. And it seems to be getting worse.
Definitely not a change for the good.
yup holy shit and i thought i was a bad driver because i’ve had backing up issues in the past.
my car now needs $1400 because a huge armour truck came into my lane without a signal at the McKay. every time some asshole crosses the center lane now all i can think is at least you aren’t as big as that truck. still… i’m getting gray.
