To all of the rude selfish vain metrosexual lads who frequent the gym where I train. I fail to understand why it is you simply refuse to share the equipment with myself and others when the gym is busy and why you need to take up so much space and time in the locker room with your men’s cosmetics and admiring yourselves in the mirrors from every possible angle. Yes you are younger, better looking, phyically stronger etcetera, but so was I once too. Youth and handsomeness is a gift, I however had good parents who taught me good manners and who thankfully instilled in me from a young age the importance of treating others with the same courtesy and respect as I would wish to be afforded…
