its not law to compost or recycle but you dont have to stuff “my!!!!!” green bin with your take out wrappers tim hortons cups diapers and actual garbage bags. you have it so full of garbage it is spread all over the whole yard. and the garbage you throw on the yard gets eaten by animals who then die in the yard for my dog to get into and get sick, it wouldnt be the ghetto if people like you took some pride in thier homes and stopped spaying the SHARED yard with your disguting crap. you should be blacklisted by landlords ya pigs

Yeah I hear ya on this, OP.
Just wondering though, when you say it isn’t law…I’m pretty sure it is law that people have to compost and recycle. At least it is in the town I spent my teen years in in the valley. Shit once a piece of paper with our address somehow got into the garbage and we got a letter saying that if it happened again we’d get a $500 fine.
They’ve gone psycho there over recycling too. You can only use clear garbage bags now and you can only put out I think four bags or so out on collection day (which is every two weeks).
They DO let you have ONE non clear garbage bag now though after some pretty heavy complaining from the females in town who didn’t want their used feminine hygiene products on display for all the [small butt fuck nosey as fuck] town to see.
Anyway I was totally under the impression that you’d get a fine in HRM if you didn’t recycle/compost properly (unless you lived in an apartment building).
How stupid/lazy do you have to be to shove a garbage bag in a green bin?
