My building is next to a parking lot for a government office. I can deal with knowing that it is going to be louder than an apartment not facing the lot during the day. As with any government office, on can expect long waits, so tell me this, why do you bring your dog?
My annoyance is those who leave their dogs in the car for 30+ minutes. For one thing it is cold out, and the other this, is the foolish mutt barks the whole time you are gone. Why do ppl feel the need to bring their dog with them everywhere? They aren’t even spending time with the pup, so why not leave them at home while you run your errands. It is probably warmer than sitting in a car, or in the summer, cooler than in a hot car. I consider making the animal be in such conditions for 30+ mins to be abuse…would you leave your kid that way as well?

Hear hear!! As an owner of a VERY spoiled little puppy I would NEVER…EVER think of leaving my dog in the cold for any amount of time. It’s called cruelty people…to the people who are (even inadvertently)abusive to their animals I hope someone ties you up outside for a day and see how you like it.

You can take them out in a snow storm for a walk & THEY LOVE IT.
Leaving the dog in the car, protects the contents of the car. AND while unlike summer, the dog can’t get killed by overheating!
Long as they got a blankie to curl up in an hour or so in the car won’t hurt them.Just don’t leave them in the car if your going to Jamaica for a week !
