Are you mentally retarted, I was the one talking back to you, yet, 1 week later, you write up my co-worker for not facing you during the meeting… umm//?? yeah, then you write up another boy for wearing a hat, and you never told him, or her what they were doing bad.. Although, you did tell me and i never got written up.. Is that because im white and they are not.. Just like you moved the Cosovo’s to the WORST place to clean in the building becuase you know they CANT even refuse because they dont know english that well.. You say your goign to fire my bff to me 3 times, even the supervisor said it, and i tell her, then you call me a liar because im 16.. well she is 18..??? Go finger yourself, cause thats all you’ll ever get, unless ofcourse, you ask the supervisor out, he’ll take anyone. With LOVE

the truth is, managers like this have a large self-esteem problem, and they take it out on employees. Stand up for yourself, tell her what shes doing but keep it professional, they don’t know how to handle someone that stands up for themselves without freakin out. If she writes you up for that, call every person above her and bitch, and if that doesn’t work, tell her shes a dirty whore with no self-esteem and quit that dead end dump!
