Senor, the way I read it was that a lady who is a pot advocate, not the unfortunate oil-maker, was blaming the feds. Even if it was legal for him to make the oil, how would that have prevented the explosion? It was not the legal status of the activity that resulted in catastrophe. It was lack of proper knowledge of chemistry.
