Last month Craig Flinn, chef and owner of Chives Canadian Bistro (1537 Barrington), hosted a seven course launch dinner in honour of the release of his first cookbook, Fresh & Local. The cookbook hit bookshelves everywhere last week and boasts over 150 locally inspired recipes.
