How do I choose a JOP?

I have no idea who to pick, if it matters, and what it costs. Please help! I just want a simple quick ceremony before my reception. I found the list of JOPs on the Nova Scotia government website. I guess I am just looking for other people to tell me how the booked a JOP. —Ash
