Forget it pal… food doesn’t keep restaurants in business, its the crazy markup on drinks – which is why so many restaurants with terrible food can stay in open. Which, consequently, is why there is so much bad food in this city.
I think you’re confusing restaurants with grocery stores. They make their money on food AND drink. Or maybe that $40 steak really did cost $40/lbs. C’mon, think about it.
