I dunnno, I think if I complained to my LL about all the shit my neighbours do, they’d right a similar bitch. Sometimes people don’t realize the things they do. Like my neighbours, they didn’t realize they signed a lease for an apartment, not a house so they think they can crank their amps up all the way :)!
