To the drunk Capital Health executive rambling loudly about how unions are parasites and the province is right to cutback on public service salaries: You know you work for the government, right? If the difficulty you had figuring out your bill is any indication, the Liberals could probably save a lot of money getting rid of managers like you. —Fuck the boss

Of course he took advantage of one of his sick days(which the Union fought for)to recuperate from his night out…..Fucking hypocrite.
PARASITICAL UNIONS
Well, all I can say is that you’ll never hear anyone on this site rambling loudly about how unions are parasites and the province is right to cutback on public service salaries!
A pleasure as always.
Cheerio!
Nova Scotia Healthcare unions are parasites feeding on public fear and the government has every right to investigate the delivery of healthcare services including salaries. I applaud the bill to reduce 10 health districts to 2 and the number of bargaining units from 50 to four.
Unions became irrelevant about 30-40 years ago. The only thing the union executives care about is the dues they get. It have nothing to do with dangers, hours or anything else, just the union dues. Hell, when they go on strike they can’t even give members enough money to live on during a strike. If they are on strike long enough they will never make back what they lost. Union leadership only care about themselves.
Just the thought of entering this debate again on here makes me sleepy.
McNeil is no sphincter sucker, unlike his shameful predecessor, Dismal Dexterity.
Ms. Union Queen Bee of the World, Loam Hiccup, and her picket-carrying drones can sing ‘Solid Up Your Arse Together’ in front of Province House all they want. Their bleats only inspire the public to blow a collective, extended raspberry to Ms. Hiccup and her army of obese, money-grabbing gremlins.
Yeah Joanie my love-my ducky, ya’ pissed off the hand that feeds ya’! Now you will pay the consequences… oh wait, I forgot about your minions! Oh the karma is gonna hurt you bad chicky! See, once the legislation goes through, it will be like throwing water on that witch – poof, all your power will be gone. But you made lots of money and with a smart investment strategy, you’ll have done well for yourself. Too bad your minions will lose out on the deal…
I like having Labour Day off to drink Mojitos and rehash old Falkland War stories.
PARASITICAL UNIONS
See? I told you that no one on this site would ramble on about how unions are parasites and the province is right to cut back on public service salaries!
A pleasure as always.
Cheerio!
I believe some NSGEU VP just got arrested during the protest.

Holding up traffic, assaulting police, scamming their members so as to keep their jobs… my, what unions won’t do to get a little attention…
It can’t be possible. Afterall unions are all for sunshine and lollipops, as long as they get the brightest sunshine and tastiest lollipops and to hell with the rest of us.
i have worked with several unions in my career(i have never been in one) and a lot of them like to sit around and talk about how they are going to take what they are entitled to, regardless of whether they need it. or figure out ways to get as much money out from overtime as they can while doing nothing during the normal day…funny how that works.
Two thumbs up for rolling this out when the weather is about to turn to shit for 6 months. Bundle up, fuckers.
Don’t worry – the public service won’t be cut at the [bloated] top – they’ll start with the already overworked clerical staff who make peanuts compared to some of the useless executive management. (someone PLEASE tell me why we need executive directors AND senior executive directors who sole purpose is to babysit the EDs – while paying these SEDs 130+k/yr).
Buddy’s job is likely safe, OB. Salary and all. Considering he’s likely EC and not in the bargaining unit, he doesn’t have to worry about next year’s collective agreement negotiations and a potential salary roll back in the new agreement. He’ll ALSO still qualify for merit pay, too (another perk of being EC, which is usually saved for senior management).
“to hell with the rest of us”
Haterzzzzz…
Senior executive directors?! I babysit my ED and I don’t have such a fancy title – let alone that salary…
Mr. Meaty, SED
What did I tell you? I mean, what did I tell you?
You have ED, Meaty? Cialis time, bud.
I be confused and am thinking out loud.
If some of the union members will be moving union-to-union, and the government isn’t touching benefits or pensions until the usual contract negotiations, isn’t is almost a non-issue?
With the exception of members complaining about the democratic right of union choice being trampled.
So by that logic whenever a person got hired by Capital Health in the past had the choice of which Union to join…..and that sure as hell ain’t true.
Nah, I just need a little Furious-time… My place. Tonight. 8pm. Daddy’s gonna’ wail on your a**…

Oh dear.
Jet Set Joan is busy working her members up because without dues, there goes her six figure salary. That’s pretty much all there is to this.
And don’t forget that $17m ikea-looking building they have to pay for over in Burnside. Jet setting requires a big fancy office, ya know!
Bro Tim hates unions because he once owned a pizza business and ate all his profits while refusing to pay the staff, until the pizza unions gave him low fat cheese and made him cut some cheques.
fuck you Joan, and any other parasite on the NS taxpayer!!!
