This reminds me of another idiot with a car causing death to another teacher…I think it was a couple years ago, in Cole Harbour in the intersection by the R Bank and B Buster. It was labour day or some other holiday in the summer and a man, the teacher was killed by an ‘accident’ caused by some drunk woman in her car. Apparently she’s had more than one drunk driving charge, two I think and she was also fined by these lawyers because she had an apartment above their office and she left the water running in her place while she passed out drunk and flooded their office. And I don’t think much happened to her…she probably has her car back by now!

But none of us have the time, energy, etc to do anything about it but write online on a bitch section. where is our million person march to enact harsher penalties on child offenders. where is the march to give parents the ability to discipline their children without being charged with abuse for reasonable corporal punishment. when will the parents stop cutting the ball sac out of the people who are supposed to be our figures of authority in our childrens lives. no perfect answer is out there, but the hole we dug ourselves being weak, gutless, cowards…is the same hole that allows this disgusting piece of shit the light of day time and time again.

The way investigations are done now, even with the small percentage of cases that are botched. there is enough to argue that with the accuracy of investigations now that re-instituting the death penalty for capital crimes would be the ideal time. its not like it was 50 years ago. if someone goes through trial, and is convicted of murder or whatnot, and fails their appeals through judicial process…what gives the person the right to live after that?
