I feel like calling the SPCA for the pug, God knows it despises you as much as the rest of us. I heard you on your cell phone while you walked by me last week with the pug, telling someone that you still can’t see straight because you got so drunk the night before. I also saw you pull in drunk that night, we watched as you got out of your car with bottles and a bunch of idiots who seem to think it’s ok to die at your hands. Get over yourself! If you see this guy drunk behind the wheel, call the police.
Call the police and make an effort in stopping this guy. If he does kill a kid or pedestrian or anyone beside himself you’re going to have that on your continence…so do something about it!
While this guy does seem like an asshat, there are a couple of things I’d like to point out. 1) Anything along the lines of “save the children” (i.e.”there are children in this neighbourhood”) tends to devalue an argument and 2) I don’t see any direct correlation between his extreme drunkenness and the safety of the dog.
I hope you have called 911 on this guy OP…did not get the memo? You’re supposed to call 911 if you suspect someone is driving drunk. The cops don’t care if they stop a bunch of people who are just crap drivers, they’ll be greatful to catch just one! And since you know for a fact he is drunk, you should be calling!
You can call the police and report that he does this on a regular basis. They will check up on him. It helps if you have his license plate number or address. Please call 911 when you catch him out there!

My wife called the police on a guy “driving erratically”. the cops called her back to thank her cuz he was on the highway and was “well-done”.
I think they should get two shots with a mailed fist for first offence, 4 for the second, etc.

All great advice. Get that idiot behind bars. Drinking and driving is a serious offense. I’m not concerned that he’s putting himself in danger, but I am concerned he may injure/kill an innocent person or his pug.
You are concerned enough about the dog to call the SPCA but not concerned enough about humans to call the cops? Take your own advice … grow up.
