Who’s responsible? Lori Patterson, Metro Transit, 490-6609.
Remarks: It’s bad enough that GO Time, which was supposed to give us real time bus information, is just some sort of science fiction fantasy, like flying cars, and that the computer screen with scheduled arrival times has been kaput for several months. But now even the old fashioned paper bus routes and schedules have disappeared from the terminal, so, well, screw you, bus riders! As of press time, Patterson hasn’t responded to queries.

I agree 100% but also there is anouther issue parents with small kids should not be made to feel like they are a problem traveling on the transit is hard with one kid but u add anouther 1 or even 2 or soo on it gets harder and having them in a stroller is way more safer they tell u to take ur kids out of the stroller and fold it up ok do u want to hold on to my 2 small kids while I fold and unfold to get on and off of the buss no i dident think soo !! they have a place for the elderly the blind and people who are in wheelchairs !! i no im not the only woman to reproduce but traveling with my kids is a task out of the stroller they try to get off of the seats grabe the red handles and pull the bell if they were aloud to stay in the stroller it would be more safer cuzz they wouldent be able to do any of that and if the buss were to get into an axcedent they would be straped in to their stroller so there would be less of a chance for them to get hurt !! Metro Transit U need some serious fixing up to do and also u need more busses cuzz the busses are always late and ur drivers need some training in people skilles !! rude rude rude bus drivers and also superviser !! no love for the Metro transit !!!
No smoking or spitting at the bridge terminal would be a refreshing change.
Metro Transit couldn’t be any more bizarre if they tried… constantly fumbling over themselves to serve the customer the least amount possible to to make them feel like they are causing an inconvenience vs. being a part of the solution, and an important part of their bottom line.
No wonder our ridership numbers are so dismal. So is the leadership in this city.
