Thanks a lot for letting your shopping cart roll into my car and dent the passenger side door in the parking lot of the Panavista Sobeys on Tuesday evening and then jumping in your car without at least acknowledging it or, heaven help us, apologizing. If some one had done that to your precious BMW (NS Lic CVP 309) there would have been hell to pay. I hope your kids in the back seat grow up to know what an inconsiderate bitch you really are.

Would that not be considered vandalism? She did dent the passenger door with her shopping cart and then not apologize for damaging property, sort of like vandals do… Report it, get the information to your insurance provider (along with an estimate for fixing the dent) and they can hunt the BMW’s insurance provider and make them pay for it? Maybe… Though don’t insurance companies make parking lots a 50/50 thing?
Fred, since the OP’s car was hit by a SHOPPING CART and NOT by the BMW,,, I dont see how the Beemer’s insurance comes into it at all… The license plate would serve to identify the culprit, who may be liable for the damage, but thats about it…And OP,,, I think the kids already know how inconsiderate their mother is, assuming they witnessed what she did…
