dear city… pubic gardens is open… and yet no water is in the fountain on the commons… the summer solstice has come and gone… and still no water in the fountain… and no canada day has come and ends .. but still no water in the fountain on the commons… please halifax… turn the water on in the fountain.. on the commons…
