To all the employees at the store in Mic Mac Mall:
I don’t know if it is in the company manual that states you all have to act like pompous assholes but you all succeed at it brilliantly. I dread having to go in there every month for I know I will have to encounter one of you prigs. You all talk in a dismissive tone, never make eye contact, and try to get your customer out of the store as quickly as possible as if we are taking up too much of your precious time. I thought this may just be happening to me because I am on the younger side of your clientele, but after a couple of observations I noted you do it to all of your customers no matter their age. I think it is ridiculous how you treat us and it makes me wonder how you are still in a successful business position because you attitudes make me want to take my business elsewhere. So, in future when you are serving your customers please remember to remove that ten foot pole out of your ass and put a little cheer in your voice; manners always got me far in life maybe you should all give it a try!

Is it a retail shop? It always amazes me to see a retail clerk with a ‘holier than thou’ attitude. First, if you’re working in a customer service setting, it’s your entire job to be of assistance to the customer. Second, retail jobs are for the most part, anything but glamorous. They’re pretty much all low paying and all around shitty. Pretending it’s something it’s not is just a big waste of time and energy.

Perhaps a phone company (telus or rogers), or a bank?Either way it’s customer service.

It was a worker for a cell phone company, figured as much. A lot of mall employees act like they are better then the next person. I suspect it is a form of over compensation because they feel insecure with their station in life. So they act like stuck up snobs to make themselves feel better. Maybe if they owned these companies and didn’t work for the man, so to speak, they would be more justified in acting that way, but then they would just be douches.Floyd are you feeling like you are better than others? Thinking you are important enough or you belong to a group that is important enough that I would feel the need to impress you. That’s funny and ironic. No I did not just learn this word pre-ten-tious, I just like it a lot right now. And I am having fun with my little list of pretentious cock-suckers.
