There’s currently about 59,000 people in the queue for refugee status in Canada. It’s a long, slow process for those waiting. A good chunk of this group could tell horrifying stories of war, torture, ethnic cleansing, being detained in awful conditions for your political or religious beliefs, etc. I’m certain they’d burst into tears after hearing your story. Oh my God – your lawyer and your accountant are out for your money – California is such a cruel and dangerous place for an has-been actor.
I hope our authorities do the right thing, put an end to this farce/publicity stunt of yours and send your ass right back to the States to face justice.

Hopefully we can slow the process down to a dead stop. Heck we just let 400+ Tamil tigers into the country under “refugee” status after they exaggerated their stories.
Randys’ stories are as believable as some of the people who get approved. One locally comes to mind.
Guess you know information that no one else in the public has access to, Sebastard…and of course you were on the ground in Sri Lanka to witness all 400 of them take part in terrorist activities, and you heard all their personal stories (therefore you can state that they exagerrated on all accounts). At this stage I think they’re probably still doing background checks on them and don’t have a status yet…but hey, you seem to know something we don’t.

As much as I love NGF and as much as he’s my bff, I have to agree with you, PF. Sadly, NGF’s quite open about LGBT issues, but on here he lets his hatred for a certain poster cloud his judgement re: commenting on other posters’ comments. He’s clearly doing himself no favours. I dislike said poster just as much, but personal attacks and changing your opinion you’ve already stated just because someone you dislike agrees with your opinion makes you look like a jerk.
