A lot of business padlock and chain their dumpsters at night to prevent people from illegally dumping stuff into their dumpsters. But the good thing is, most condos/apartments don’t, so drop your garbage off there instead. Let’s Transcontinental pick up the tab. PS – beware of bed bugs in the process.
