The IWK is suppose o be a children’s and well women hospital. The dirt in this place is disgusting!! Everywhere dirt, not just normal everyday mes but fiflth!! Pleas someone clean the plae up. There are sick people trying to get better. They will be lucky to not pick up some other form of sickness from the disgust in there!!!!

You should read the article about the elderly woman staying at the V.G. on cbc.ca today.Evidently, that hospital is infested with flies!!! Nasty!The old Camp Hill should never have been torn down seeing as it fits right in- it seems like Nova Scotia may be getting its inspiration for hospitals from Silent Hill :-S
