So Earl has come and gone long ago. Why do we still see tree limbs left at roadside and driveways all over the city? There are some even still stacked up around retail areas and intersections.
I get the impression that homeowners are waiting for the City to pick them up and maybe the City is expecting homeowners to take care of it. Regardless of who owns it, let’s get rid of the clutter people! —Broken Limbs

because they are not tied up right, as in 3 foot bundles.
And because we had near 100kmh winds again last week…just unnamed.
If the limbs, etc were not properly bundled together (like someone else mentioned), then the city will not take it. Maybe the OP could get out their chainsaw and help.

Take the initiative and clean up the god damned mess. If everyone could learn THAT lesson…well.
