okay, i just moved to

downtown halifax. All i can

hear every single day including sundays is “beep beep” constantly. It doesn’t stop. I feel like I am going to go mad. I can’t sleep. I assume its a delivery truck or construction but can they be backing up all day?

  1. What you’re hearing is coming from the crosswalks. It’s to indicate to vision impaired people where the crosswalk is/which direction has the go light.
