Yeah, I quit. Because you lied to me about the job when you hired me. But I showed up for work and worked, you have to pay me! It’s only 200 bucks. But that’s my 200 bucks. So just because you “can’t find my cheque” or it’s apparently “lost in the mail” doesn’t mean you won’t have to pay me.

  1. Go to your nearest EU office and fill out a claim. When they ask you why you quit – tell them. You’ll get your money really fast.

  2. oh, forget that. i had one of these twits. call the labour board, call the employer and tell him you have called the LB. I had a cheque in hand the next day lunch time. they take this kind of thing seriously. be wary of small business, more often than not, they dont have the money on account to cover the cheque.good luck
